Our exemplary staff combines talent and enthusiasm to create an
atmosphere that is at once fun, safe and rewarding.
Mowglis counselors are selected not only for their skills and
qualifications, but also for the example they provide. Many of the
staff members are school teachers, and many have themselves been
campers at Mowglis.
We perform background checks on our counselors, and all members of the
staff participate in a week-long orientation to prepare them for their
duties and to become First-Aid and CPR certified. Head Waterfront
staff members receive American Red Cross WSI and Lifeguard
Certification, and Trip staff acquire Wilderness First-Aid
certification.
