Ourstaff combines talent and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere that is at once fun, safe and rewarding.  Mowglis counselors are selected not only for their skills and qualifications, but also for their ability to work with boys and the example they  provide. Some of the staff members are school teachers, and many have themselves been campers at Mowglis. Most are memorable people who your boys will talk about a great deal when they return.

We perform background checks on our counselors, and all staff participate in a week-long orientation to prepare them for their duties and to become First-Aid and CPR certified. Head Waterfront staff members receive American Red Cross WSI and Lifeguard Certification, and Trip leadership staff acquire Wilderness First-Aid certification.
